Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BOGABOARDS purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help—with a few simple guidelines:

Unopened Items Only: Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Used or Opened Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or assembled.

Return Shipping: If the return is approved, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping cost we incurred to send it to you.
To request a return, please contact our team at service@bogaboards.com with your order number and reason for return. All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
